Lucy took her first class at the Arboretum this summer with her good friend Grace. They learned all about Bees and Butterflies. They came home with a few plants to start a butterfly garden. They made their own sunbutter to eat on crackers. Love this photo of Lucy wearing her proboscis hat. She was so proud telling us all that she had learned when our monarch's hatched a few weeks later. She's already looking forward to next summer when she can take another class!
