We celebrated St. Patrick's Day with Corned Beef and Potatoes. Surprisingly enough, all three girls loved the meat! We had intended to make Rainbow cupcakes until I realized that the recipe called for three egg whites. That wouldn't really work for Lucy so we settled on shamrock sugar cookies with green frosting. Sophie licked the frosting off the knife and left the cookie. She enjoyed a nice cup of Lime Sherbet at Emma's school because I was the mom in charge of scooping it up! Lucy came home with green freckles and lots of stories about the pesky leprechaun's at school.
