Characters In Flight

We boarded Disney's Magical Express to take us to our resort. The girls were excited to swim, but our luggage took a few hours to arrive in our room. They had a quick swim and then we headed out to Downtown Disney via ferry boat from our resort. Sophie fell asleep. It was about a 20 minute ride. We enjoyed visiting some shops. Some of the favorites were Little Mismatched (socks), a huge toy store where you could make your own Mr. Potato Head with all kinds of Disney parts, the Largest Disney Store in the world, and an amazing Lego Store. Emma and Lucy bought lanyards and pins here to trade on our trip. We ate a yummy supper at Wolfgang Puck where we had a great view of this "hot air balloon" looking ride. It is actually called Characters in Flight and it rises and lowers to allow 360 degree views of Walt Disney World Resort. We took a picture of it, although we never rode it! We were all a bit tired and happy to head back to the resort to bed. Tomorrow would surely be a busy day!
