Dinner in Mexico

Today was our last day at the parks. We spent the morning at Epcot. Jeremy, Emma and Lucy rode Soarin' which they said was amazing. It was sort of a hang gliding simulator. They loved it. Sophie and I waited for them. We took in a few other rides and then headed back to our resort for lunch and a short rest before heading to the Magic Kingdom for the afternoon parade. We had fun on Tom Sawyer's Island too. Lots to explore. Today was the hottest day. It was almost miserable. We were thankful to have had only one day of the humidity! We had dinner in Mexico at Epcot and then the girls had a great time exploring all the countries. It was fun to see them all at night as well. We had a few character sightings too, including Mary Poppins!
