We've wanted to take a ride on the Excelsior Trolley for years now. Finally, during the last week of summer we penciled it on the calendar and made it happen. I wish I had taken a picture of the outside of it. It's been all refurbished and the motorman gave us all kinds of information about how and when that took place. It's a short ride, maybe 15 minutes to the end of the line and 15 minutes back. The best part was getting to ride backwards!
